We ask that if you have any of the following symptoms you call and reschedule your appointment:

• fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat and painful swallowing, stuffy or runny nose, loss of sense of smell, headache, muscle aches, fatigue, difficulty breathing or loss of appetite

No cancellation fee will be charged for rescheduling appointments due to these symptoms. 

Please respect your stylists availability and make every effort to arrive for your scheduled appointment time. We reserve the option to administer a cancellation fee of 40% of your service total for no show, and repeat last minute cancelations for reasons not provided above
